Do I need trekking experience?
No, but you should be comfortable walking uphill for 5–6 hours a day. We send a simple fitness plan once you book.
What about the altitude?
Hampta Pass and Spiti go above 4,000 m. The plan keeps the first nights lower so your body can adjust. Check with your doctor before you go.
When are these open?
Usually June to early October, when the high roads and the pass are clear of snow.
